Pesto Humus

Good wife attempt…

Pesto Humus, just for the hub.

Basil leaves (cupful)
Olive oil (I think I used up 100ml)
Garbanzos (used 15oz canned organic ones – drained and washed)
Balsamic vinegar (5ml)
Soy sauce (5ml)
Garlic (recipe called for 1 clove but I used 3)
Salt & pepper (used lemon pepper) to taste

A new Halloween recipe idea it is – vomit in a jar. 😉 I had some for lunch and paired it with skyflakes. <3, 'Nuf said.
