Mission Impossible: Healthy Snacks the Kids Luuuuurve

I’ve been trying to whip up healthy snacks for the little ones hoping I can wean them off processed goodies. Mission Impossible. Basically, what they eat are: hotdog, tocino, bacon, luncheon meat, spam, pancakes, tocino, bacon, hotdog, tocino… You get the picture. Can’t blame ’em. Who does the groceries anyway?!?!
Over the weekend we tried again. Recipe: quiche!!! πŸ™‚ Found a very simple recipe online. Will update the post soon for the link. Hidden healthy stuff: carrots and peas (wooooot!). Success rating: over the top!!! πŸ™‚ the “i-can’t-stop-eating, mom!” type of success πŸ™‚


Voila!!! Healthy kids, happy mom πŸ™‚ Just whip up a batch and your stress-free week magically happens. Pop what you in the oven, when you need. πŸ™‚
I wonder what’s in store this weekend?
